The problem

India has ~600,000 mid-size private clinics still running on WhatsApp groups, paper registers, and Excel. Practo chases enterprise, Zenoti chases spa chains — the SMB underbelly is largely on paper, and ABDM compliance is becoming a forced-replacement event.

What I built

Multi-tenant SaaS with five distinct role-based portals (admin / senior doctor / doctor / assistant / receptionist), row-level security enforcing clinic isolation on every table, Meta Cloud API WhatsApp send + appointment reminder cron, DPDP-compliant consent with append-only audit log, integer-paise money math, race-free invoice numbering, per-line GST at correct Indian rates.

The outcome

In beta with users. Dermatology-first wedge — 3-5× the ARPU of GP clinics. Built around procedure packages, before/after photo slider, and session tracking from day one.
