The problem
Indian MSME factories ran attendance, payroll, leave, and statutory compliance on spreadsheets and paper — bleeding HR hours every month.

What I built
Three role-based portals (Head / Admin / Employee), biometric attendance ingestion, generate-lock-approve payroll workflow with PF / ESI / PT / TDS auto-compute, and BullMQ workers handling monthly leave accrual and 48-hour ticket SLA monitoring.

The outcome
Live in production for a 400+ employee Indian manufacturer. Sub-100ms query latency. A 5-person HR team runs the whole org without breaking a sweat.
